DONNY

Donny is the comic bully whose antagonizing efforts often lead to ironic results. Though Jake rarely sees it, Donny’s own mockeries often prove to be meaningless and less intelligent than the choices for which he mocks Jake. The reader is taken through these ironies to demonstrate that ultimately, it is the bully who most deeply feels the brunt of his own jokes.
